  • Briefing session or interviews / meeting attendance 

How we get the personal information and why we have it 

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons: 

  • Make the registration process more efficient 

  • Enables the timely distribution of programme itineraries and updates throughout the event 

  • We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios: Markets, Partners, Sponsors, Internal JLR employees for the purpose of distribution of the tickets and itineraries 

We use the information that you have given us in order to maximise your guest experience whilst attending the event. 

We may share this information with third party supplier who are required to provide services necessary to facilitate your attendance at the event. Charter / Airline company, Transport Company, Hotel / Venue, Markets, Event Partners, Internal JLR Employees. 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is legitimate interest. 

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep first name, last name, email address, phone number, photo and driving licence detail for the duration of the event. We will then dispose of your information by cleansing the database and deleting data.

KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION SECURE 

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. 

We require all of our services providers to have appropriate measures in place to maintain the security of your information. 

We have embedded Two-Factor Authentication: After entering a password, the user will be asked for a second verification step. 

How it works: The Market Host will add in all guest info into the registration database. The Market Host will enter their secure details and password. 

Whenever the Market Host signs in to the Backend, they will enter their password as usual. A code will be sent to their email address (if this has been confirmed). 

Or, if they have enabled the Authenticator App verification method.
